On the morning of March 29, at the Memorial Site of Comrade Le Huu Lap, Xuan Loc Commune (Hau Loc), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with MobiFone of Thanh Hoa Province and related units to inaugurate the project of digitalizing information of the memorial site of Comrade Le Huu Lap - the first young communist of Thanh Hoa Province and launched a campaign to communicate cultural behavior on cyberspace.

In order to express gratitude and honor the great contributions to the revolution of comrade Le Huu Lap - the first young communist of Thanh Hoa province, and at the same time help youth union members and people more easily access and learn about the life and career of comrade Le Huu Lap, apply digital transformation in preserving and promoting the traditional revolutionary values of the homeland, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union deployed the construction of a provincial-level youth project "Digitizing information of the Memorial Area of comrade Le Huu Lap" in Xuan Loc commune.

After a period of active implementation, the project has now been completed, with online form and virtual reality technology application, helping young people and people easily learn about the geographical location and information, events, and historical data about comrade Le Huu Lap in a visual and vivid way, contributingto educating the young generation about revolutionary historical traditions in a more effective and practical way.

“Digitalizing red addresses” is considered a breakthrough in the work of preserving, promoting and developing the value of traditional cultural heritage. The implementation of the project not only saves costs in propaganda and tourism promotion but also demonstrates the pioneering, innovative and creative spirit of young people in promoting the application of information technology, contributing to promoting smart tourism in the area.

The overall project of digitizing information about the memorial site of comrade Le Huu Lap - the first young communist of Thanh Hoa province is virtual reality images built with 1 360-degree flycam scene in the sky, 6 VR360-degree scenes on the ground, from the main gate area, the screen to the relic yard and the memorial house, describing the most complete, realistic and accurate images of the memorial site. In addition, MobiFone has used AI TTS technology to explain the entire revolutionary life of comrade Le Huu Lap and related information. The VR360 virtual reality website is promoted directly on the website of the Provincial Youth Union at: http://tuoitrethanhhoa.vn/ and other tourism promotion websites, contributing to introducing and promoting the memorial site to union members, youth, people and tourists from near and far inside and outside the province.

The project of digitizing information about the memorial site of comrade Le Huu Lap is integrated into the common QR code of the red address digital map, expressing the love and pride of the homeland's traditions of Thanh Hoa youth, and will also be a useful tool for propaganda, promotion and education at historical sites and red addresses.
