In La Nga commune, the Red Cross Society gave a Red Cross House to Mr. Nguyen Van Ut's family (46 years old), in Vinh An hamlet, who is in extremely difficult circumstances, living mainly by working as hired laborers, pulling nets, and raising fish on rafts. The whole family lives on a small, cramped fish raft, which is very dangerous during heavy rain and strong winds.
