Khanh Hoa: Representatives of more than 100 businesses were trained to use green tourism standard management software

On the morning of August 21, Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with VinUni University organized a training course on using green tourism standard management system software for representatives of more than 100 businesses, including 4-5 star tourist accommodation establishments and tourist areas and attractions in the province.

At the training session, experts introduced the structure and main features of the software; provided instructions on logging in, entering data, searching and reporting according to the Green Tourism Criteria; allowed accommodation establishments and tourist attractions to submit documents and evidence online; integrated functions for collecting, managing and evaluating data on green transformation; scoring based on greenhouse gas emission criteria and green actions. The software helps the Appraisal Council to appraise, review, report and analyze data to propose recognition of green tourism standards at each level for submission to the Provincial People's Committee for recognition, contributing to the effective implementation of the Green Tourism Standards and promoting the goal of developing green and sustainable tourism in the province. In addition to the theory, the program spends time practicing directly on the system, answering common situations, thereby helping trainees grasp and proficiently use the software in practical management.
