According to the report, as of June 18, 2025, the total capital for implementing the 3 national target programs in the province is nearly 2,900 billion VND, of which the planned capital for 2025 is 1,655 billion VND. Specifically, the sustainable poverty reduction program has a total capital of more than 964 billion VND; the socio -economic development program for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas is more than 1,198 billion VND; the new rural construction program is more than 735 billion VND.
Capital allocation has been ensured for the implemented items up to now. By mid-June 2025, the province had disbursed more than 686 billion VND, reaching a rate of 24%. Of which, disbursement for the poverty reduction program reached 23%, the program for ethnic minority and mountainous areas reached 26%, and the new rural program reached 20%.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested departments, branches and localities to focus on implementing their tasks; specifically review each program from capital allocation and disbursement, list of completed projects, and transitional projects.
Mr. Tuan requested that program coordination offices strengthen inspection, supervision, and problem solving; and guide facilities in transferring program content in the context of implementing the two-level local government model.
Before the provincial merger (July 1, 2025), the province will complete the dossier, guide localities to hand over all contents of this program, the district level will hand over to the new commune, the province will hand over to the new city. After the merger, it will continue to advise on the implementation of national target programs, build implementation projects in the next phase in the spirit of ensuring inheritance and efficiency.
