Mr. Tran Minh Cong, Deputy Director in charge of Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts, spoke at the opening ceremony.
Artist Dao Trong Ly's works were created in Thailand from 2018 to 2024, recreating the revolutionary journey of President Ho Chi Minh from the early days of finding a way to save the country to important historical milestones. In particular, the image of Uncle Ho is portrayed as both an outstanding leader and a simple, close person, full of love for the people.
In addition, 21 propaganda posters, most of which were created between 1969 and 1980, have turned the image of President Ho Chi Minh into an endless source of inspiration, associated with major national holidays. With concise visual language and strong, basic color tones, the works both carry political messages and are rich in artistry.
Guests and delegates listen to presentations on topics.
