This is an event of special significance in the series of events, commemorating and honoring history, introducing the outstanding achievements of the Party, State and people during the process of building, protecting and developing the country over the past 80 years... At the same time, it affirms the leadership role of the Party, the management and administration of the State, the consensus, creativity and efforts of the entire nation in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland, contributing to promoting the strength of great national unity.
The exhibition is not only a place for us to admire valuable artifacts, documents, and images, but also a space to display the country's development achievements over the past 80 years, so that every citizen, especially the young generation, can relive historical moments and understand more deeply the values of independence and freedom, as well as the aspirations, will, and intelligence of Vietnam...
“Under the leadership of the Government and directly the head of the steering committee, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, every day and every hour, we have a foundation like today... I really appreciate the Deputy Prime Minister, Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission... for giving the press a press center like this. Because press information work contributes very importantly to the success of the activities at the exhibition. In the past few days, every step of transformation, every change of this exhibition center has been reflected by the press agencies with many different emotions, many moving images...", Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh emphasized.
Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh said: "The reporters have followed the scene very closely and have exploited many different aspects to see our pride and will. With such a spirit, the exhibition press center, which was inaugurated by the leaders, will be the place to organize, operate and guide press activities related to the exhibition center for all domestic and foreign reporters; will be the place to provide information about the exhibition and also the place to provide services to best serve the working activities of domestic and foreign reporters, as well as handle requests in the working activities of reporters...".
With this purpose, the Exhibition Press Center will create all favorable conditions for domestic and foreign reporters to report on the exhibition and receive the earliest information from the exhibition activities. Thereby, all together contribute to the overall success of the exhibition, the proud center of the Vietnamese people, as well as contribute to the overall success of all events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
