Opening of the national defense and security knowledge training course for subject 3

The training course was attended by 80 trainees who are under the management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee at the commune level, delegates of the People's Council at the commune level; leaders and managers at the department level and equivalent of state agencies, organizations, political organizations, socio-political organizations of the province and the Central Government headquartered in the province.

During the 12 days, the students studied and researched a number of topics such as: the Party's viewpoints, policies and laws of the Vietnamese State on building a national defense, a national defense posture associated with security, and a people's security posture in the cause of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Along with that are topics on preventing and combating the strategy of "peaceful evolution", riots and overthrow of hostile forces against Vietnam; preventing weapons of mass destruction, chemical incidents, toxic radiation, and the environment in the cause of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; guiding the work of militia and self-defense, education on national defense and security when organizing and implementing 2-level local government; some issues on civil defense and non-traditional security...; at the same time, learning to shoot K54 lesson 1.
