Implementing the direction of the Organizing Committee for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (1945-2025) and the Hanoi City Police, at noon on August 21, the Hanoi City Police forces deployed a plan to ensure security, order, and traffic safety to serve the first rehearsal of the parade at 8:00 p.m. tonight.

At noon on August 21, in the restricted and temporarily restricted areas serving the parade and marching rehearsal, traffic and security were generally stable, with no congestion. The city police forces, based on the actual situation, proactively developed traffic diversion plans and organized traffic to ensure security and safety.

In particular, the traffic police force flexibly closed and opened roads to ensure that the parade and marching activities took place as planned and to meet the travel needs of the people.

On routes from Ring Road 2 to the inner city, authorities will guide vehicles not to enter restricted areas and will also guide vehicles to park at locations arranged by the People's Committees of communes and wards.

In addition to traffic diversion, at key areas where the event took place, Hanoi City Police also mobilized maximum personnel and vehicles, coordinated with professional units of the Ministry of Public Security and police of neighboring provinces and cities to organize remote traffic diversion, creating favorable and safe conditions for the entire comprehensive training program.
