On the evening of May 13, at Hoa Lu ancient town, the Department of Culture and Sports held the opening ceremony of the 2023 Ninh Binh Provincial Mass Arts Festival.

The 2023 Ninh Binh Provincial Mass Arts Festival attracted the participation of nearly 500 actors and musicians who are workers, farmers, officials, teachers, students, armed forces soldiers... from 8 districts, cities and two agencies and units: the Provincial Police and the Ninh Binh Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.

The delegations participating in the Festival will bring to the festival 52 music and dance performances by 10 units with elaborate staging, investment in artistic ideas, costumes, and props.

The performances have content and themes praising the glorious Party and great Uncle Ho, reflecting the competitive atmosphere of labor, production, study, work and to build the homeland and country, expressing pride in the beautiful homeland of Ninh Binh, a land rich in cultural and historical traditions...

The Ninh Binh Provincial Mass Arts Festival is an annual activity to evaluate the province's mass arts movement, and is an opportunity to encourage non-professional mass actors and grassroots arts figures to contribute more to the province's cultural and artistic movement.
