(Dan Tri) - After the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 were out of stock, the iPhone 13 became the lowest priced genuine iPhone that Apple is still selling in the Vietnamese market.

According to a survey by Dan Tri reporters, the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 duo have now disappeared from most genuine store shelves.

Previously, these two models received a lot of attention from users because they had the most accessible price in Apple's product line in the Vietnamese market.

In fact, Apple "killed" the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 a few years ago. However, the company continues to maintain business operations for these two models in some markets, including Vietnam.

This is a familiar move that Apple often applies to some older devices, to expand the product range and help the company diversify its customer segment. From there, users can also more easily access Apple's device lines.

Currently, the iPhone 13 is being offered by dealers at a price of 11.3 million VND for the 128GB version. Sales of this product line have also grown significantly after the recent price adjustment.

"Since March, sales of older iPhone models (except for the iPhone 16 generation) have recorded a growth rate of up to 70%. Of which, sales of the iPhone 13 increased by 20% compared to the same period last year," said Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, communications representative of the CellphoneS system.

In the unofficial market, the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 duo have also been adjusted down to low prices. Specifically, the used iPhone 11 is priced at 5.5 million VND, while the old iPhone 12 is offered for 6 million VND for the 64GB version.

"With the current price difference, most users tend to choose to buy used iPhone 12. This model offers a better user experience in many aspects such as screen, camera and performance," said Mr. Nguyen Van Giau, representative of Mobile America system.

It should be noted that the quality of used iPhones can be uneven. Therefore, users should prioritize choosing reputable dealers or retail systems to ensure warranty and after-sales policies.
