Thanh Oai district auctions 170 land lots, starting from 11 million VND/m2

(Dan Tri) - 170 plots of land in Do Dong commune (Thanh Oai district, Hanoi ) were divided into 2 auctions in March with starting prices of 11-17 million VND/m2.

On March 15, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) will organize the first auction of land use rights for 89 plots of land in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune.

The plots of land have an area of 87-161m2/plot with a starting price of 11-17 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 190 million VND to 360 million VND. The form and method of auction, auctioning each plot of land is a direct secret ballot in one round according to the ascending price method. The auction is held at Thanh Oai district gymnasium.

On March 22, Thanh Oai district also organized the second auction of land use rights for 81 plots of land in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune.

The plots of land have an area of 76-189 m2/plot with a starting price of 11.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to 880 million VND to 2.16 billion VND. Auction participants need to deposit an amount from 170 million VND to 200 million VND/lot. The auction will be conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction session according to the ascending price method. The auction will be held on March 22 at Thanh Oai District Gymnasium.

Previously, on the morning of March 1, Thanh Oai district organized an auction of land use rights for 54 plots of land in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune.

The total area of these plots is 4,405m2, with an area of 60-85m2/plot, the starting price is 10.9-16.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to a price from more than 656 million VND to more than 1.3 billion VND/plot. Customers participating in the auction need to deposit an amount from 130 million to 265 million VND.

At the end of the auction, the land plot with the highest winning price reached 90.3 million VND/m2, with a total value of more than 7.2 billion VND, 5.5 times higher than the starting price. Previously, in the auction in August 2024, this land plot was paid up to 100.5 million VND/m2.

The remaining plots of land have winning prices ranging from 59.3 million VND to 87.3 million VND/m2, most of which are more than 5 times higher than the starting price.
