Following the success of the previous two phases, the new project will continue to award full scholarships for 7 years, from the 2025-2026 school year to the end of the 2031-2032 school year, accompanying students from high school until they complete university.
The project will support 35 ethnic minority female students nationwide with excellent academic performance, the will to excel and the desire to contribute to the community. The scholarships include tuition fees, living expenses, along with soft skills training and career orientation.
Ms. Truong My Hoa, Former Vice President , President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund said: The activities connect units to help children light up the future, have the opportunity to access knowledge to change their lives.
Launched in 2010, the program “Paving the way to the future” has so far awarded scholarships to 100 ethnic minority female students in the first two phases with a total cost of more than 18.5 billion VND.
100% of the supported children completed high school and continued their studies at university or college, with a graduation rate of 99%.
According to the survey, from 90% to 100% of female graduates have jobs that are suitable or close to their major.
