Hungary helps Vietnam train high-quality human resources

Within the framework of activities to strengthen educational and training cooperation between Vietnam and Hungary, Vietnamese Ambassador to Hungary Bui Le Thai and ambassadors of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries in Hungary recently visited and worked at Győr University, one of Hungary's leading prestigious universities.

At the meeting, the leaders of Győr University gave an overview of the school's formation and development process, while emphasizing its training strengths and future strategic orientation.

With more than 14,000 students, including about 1,000 international students from nearly 80 countries, Győr University is increasingly asserting its position in the higher education system not only in Hungary but also throughout Europe.

During the meeting, the two sides had in-depth discussions on potential cooperation directions, especially expanding the scale of receiving Vietnamese students and postgraduates to study at Győr University through scholarship programs of the two governments , as well as other bilateral cooperation mechanisms.

At the same time, many ideas for connecting Győr University with universities and research centers in Vietnam were also discussed to promote research cooperation and knowledge transfer.

The visit of Ambassador Bui Le Thai not only contributes to deepening the cooperation between educational institutions of the two countries, but is also a practical step in implementing the comprehensive partnership between Vietnam and Hungary, especially in the field of training and developing high-quality human resources.
