On the afternoon of August 25, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province organized the first conference of typical advanced models of the industry, period 2020-2025 with hundreds of typical collectives and individuals, more than 6,000 initiatives were recognized.
Reporting to the conference, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Da - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Department of Education and Training - said that in the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement in the provincial education sector has not only stopped at campaigns, but has spread through specific initiatives in teaching and learning.
The whole industry recorded 6,291 teaching initiatives, many of which directly improved the quality of lessons, innovated the way of imparting knowledge and school management.
Based on that initiative, Dak Lak education has achieved many results. In the 2024-2025 school year alone, the province's students won 72 national awards, ranking 16th nationwide. The average high school graduation rate reached 97.96%, more than 1,000 teachers were recognized as excellent teachers and excellent homeroom teachers.
Entering a new phase, the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training has launched 8 key tasks, emphasizing digital transformation in management, electronic transcripts, digital signatures for teachers and requiring each school to build at least one advanced model.
Director of Dak Lak Department of Education and Training Le Thi Thanh Xuan emphasized that with more than 6,000 recognized initiatives and hundreds of practical models implemented, the province's education is confidently entering the 2025 - 2030 period with many expectations for breakthroughs.

Many initiatives make teaching and learning easy
Among the initiatives related to the podium, there is the model of applying AI in preparing lectures and creating test questions implemented by Mr. Nguyen Viet Lan (Krong Bong High School), helping teachers save time, classify questions by level, and students access knowledge more conveniently;
Ms. Le Duc Kieu Chinh's e-classroom model ( Phu Yen High School for Ethnic Minorities) minimizes the use of paper, creates online classes, manages documents and exchanges assignments quickly, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic;
The initiative to train excellent history students by Ms. Tu Thi Hong Hanh (N'Trang Long High School for Ethnic Minority Boarding Students) has brought high prizes for many years, contributing to the province's key achievements;
