The program took place at the Phuong Dong Asahi resort-nursing complex, Hanoi , with the participation of representatives of central agencies, leaders of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly, the Vietnam Record Organization and partners.
The highlight of the program was the record-setting "National Anthem singing event with the largest number of elderly people participating in Vietnam" by more than 1,360 elderly people - members of the Veterans Association, former youth volunteers, the Elderly Association and local people.

At the event, more than 1,300 elderly people sang the National Anthem together in a solemn space, officially entering the Vietnam Record list with the category "National Anthem singing event with the largest number of elderly people participating in Vietnam".
The event also featured AI photography, historical photo galleries, and booths designed to engage the community, inspire positive living, and connect generations.

In addition, the elderly attending the event received free health check-ups and consultations.
In the context of population aging, building a comprehensive living environment for the elderly is becoming increasingly urgent. The event "U80 responds to A80" has become a festival honoring the golden generation, associated with humanistic, cultural and historical values, fully meeting both the health and spiritual needs of the elderly.
