More than 1,000 license plates were successfully auctioned on July 18, the highest price was 3.9 billion VND.

On the first day of the 7th license plate auction, the Traffic Police Department said that 1,108 license plates were successfully auctioned, with a total value of nearly 59 billion VND.

Specifically, today (July 18), the Traffic Police Department coordinated with VPA Company to successfully auction 1,108 license plates with a total amount of nearly 59 billion VND. Of which, 391 license plates were for cars, equivalent to over 47.8 billion VND; 717 license plates were for motorbikes, equivalent to over 10.9 billion VND.

The license plate auctions attracted a large number of people to participate and brought in a huge amount of money for the state budget.

The car license plates with the highest winning prices of the day include: 51M-777.77 with a winning price of 3.1 billion VND; 38A-899.99 with a winning price of over 1 billion VND; 19A-999.99 with a winning price of nearly 3.9 billion VND; 30B-399.99 with a winning price of over 1.2 billion VND and license plate 37K-799.99 with a winning price of 980 million VND.

The motorcycle and motorbike license plates with the highest winning prices include: 19AA-599.99 with a winning price of nearly 378 million VND; 50AD-222.22 with a winning price of 244 million VND; 89AA-899.99 with a winning price of over 500 million VND; 81AA-888.88 with a winning price of over 422 million VND and 49AA-777.77 with a winning price of over 270 million VND.

Previously, on June 20, the Traffic Police Department signed a decision approving the plan for the 7th vehicle license plate auction. In this auction, over 1.23 million license plates from 34 provinces and cities nationwide will be listed on the Ministry of Public Security's electronic information portal and the Traffic Police Department's electronic information page.

The previous 6th session (April 8 to June 19) was exciting when nearly 56,500 license plates were successfully auctioned with a value of about 2,300 billion VND.
