On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association (May 19, 1959 - May 19, 2024), on the morning of May 15, the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Bao Yen district organized a meeting between members.
At the meeting, officials of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of the district, affiliated associations, branches and members reviewed the proud tradition of Truong Son Troops, Uncle Ho's Troops, those who participated in opening the Ho Chi Minh Trail during the resistance war against the US to save the country.
The Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Bao Yen district currently has 190 members. In recent times, the association at all levels in the area has focused on many contents and movements, especiallyeducating the younger generation on traditions and the "Repaying gratitude" movement.
Some typical achievements are that the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Bao Yen district mobilized 850 million VND to renovate and repair 15 houses for members in difficult circumstances; gave hundreds of gifts to sick members and members from poor households; participated in mobilizing members and people to donate 2,500 m2 of land to build rural roads and public works...
