On August 20, the provincial Department of Home Affairs held a training conference on the management of preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution for 112 delegates who are commune-level civil servants and accountants in charge of meritorious services in the province.

Delegates were trained on the following contents: management and implementation of preferential policies for NCC with the revolution and instructions on policy payment procedures; Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP of the Government detailing measures to implement the Ordinance on preferential policies for NCC with the revolution; Decree No. 75/2021/ND-CP of the Government regulating the levels of benefits, allowances and preferential regimes for NCC with the revolution; Circular No. 44/2022/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance regulating the management and use of regular funds to implement preferential policies and regimes for NCC, relatives of NCC and people directly participating in the resistance war managed by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs...

The training conference aims to support civil servants and accountants to fully and accurately grasp the contents of the implementation of preferential policies for suppliers. Thereby, ensuring timely, effective and appropriate implementation.
