To study Automotive Engineering, should I choose University of Transport or University of Industry?

I want to study Automotive Engineering but don't know whether to choose University of Transport or Hanoi University of Industry?

I am a grade 11 student, looking for a suitable major. I plan to study Automotive Engineering, and I see that both Hanoi University of Transport and Hanoi University of Industry have this major. I would like to ask everyone for advice on the facilities and tuition fees of Automotive Engineering at the two schools to make a suitable choice.
