Halong Bay Sunset

The photo series was submitted by the author to the Happy Vietnam Photo and Video Contest, organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications . When the sunset falls on Ha Long, it is extremely magical on the vast sea, creating a vivid picture with many magical colors. And then the dawn will take you to a fairyland, waking you up with the cold, the wind with the strong smell of the sea, the beautiful scenery is heartbreaking. Nature has bestowed on Quang Ninh a vast Ha Long Bay, stretching with about 2,000 islands of various shapes and sizes over an area of about 1,500 km2. Therefore, visitors coming here will be able to relax on yachts and wander among the majestic rocks. Not only that, when coming to Ha Long, visitors will also find joy in immersing themselves in the year-round calm, clear blue waters of the bay. The photo series was taken on the afternoon of August 7, 2023 in Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay is a heritage of Vietnam and has been recognized by the world twice: the first World Heritage for its aesthetic value, the second World Heritage for its geological and geomorphological value.
