To effectively implement this model, the association has increased propaganda and encouraged members to boldly invest in economic development. The district Women's Union has chosen the solution of gathering members into production groups, with specific operating regulations, guidance, training in farming techniques, and connections among members to create stable jobs for women. Accordingly, the association at all levels has established 2 cooperative groups for raising commercial chickens, 2 cooperative groups for raising pigs; 14 models of women's groups raising pigs, Muscovy ducks, civets, hybrid fighting chickens and many models of member families raising ducks, pigs, chickens... These models have helped women have year-round income.

Ms. Lu Hoang Nghiem, Tan Long hamlet, Tan Duyet commune, a member of the poor women's association, thanks to support with capital, breeding animals, and the will to rise up, her family life is now stable.

In addition, currently, to create output for products, the Women's Union of communes and towns has implemented "One product per period" on the Association's Facebook page. Products and models made by women are posted and promoted on the page, including information about the products, addresses, and phone numbers so that customers can easily contact and discuss when needed.

In addition, the Women's Union also actively coordinates with relevant departments, sectors, and non-governmental projects to train members in animal husbandry science and technology; and guarantees preferential interest rate loans for members through the District Social Policy Bank. Savings models built and organized by women operate quite well. Thereby, women not only save on family expenses but also have the opportunity to borrow low-interest loans from savings groups to invest in economic development models. Up to now, the outstanding loan balance guaranteed by the District Women's Union at the District Social Policy Bank has reached over 192 billion VND, with 174 savings groups of women members.
