Current status of the planning area of Da Nang international fireworks complex

DNO - The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival Complex project in Ngu Hanh Son ward, covering an area of more than 21 hectares, is expected to be auctioned in the third or fourth quarter of 2025.

In Decision No. 435/QD-UBND, the People's Committee of Da Nang City approved the Plan for auctioning land use rights at the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival Complex project in Ngu Hanh Son ward.

The above project has a total area of 210,381m2 , distributed in the spaces along the east bank of the Han River and adjacent to Tran Hung Dao - Chuong Duong road.

The total expected investment of the project is more than 10,750 billion VND, the expected starting price is 23,822,440 VND/ m2 , the expected auction time is in the third or fourth quarter of 2025.

Investing in a large-scale complex of works is an important step to upgrade the infrastructure and scale of the international fireworks festival - a typical cultural and tourism event of Da Nang city; aiming to build a more modern, professional and attractive festival space.

The land chosen to build the project is located opposite the west bank of the Han River - where there is the Danang Downtown entertainment complex, Tien Son Sports Palace, the Public Park project north of Phan Dang Luu Street..., forming a cultural - tourist space on both banks of the Han River.
The project is also oriented to form a night-time economic center and high-end tourism services; oriented to high-end, luxury, super luxury tourist accommodation facilities, creative design associated with sea entertainment, night entertainment...
Currently the land has been fenced, waiting for auction.
