Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed 15 important Resolutions, creating a legal basis for the stage of organizational consolidation.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 26, at the Eastern Cultural Center, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council held the 32nd Session (Special Session) to review, comment, and decide on a number of tasks under its authority, in order to ensure timely implementation of the province's socio-economic development tasks.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Toan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the Session.

Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province delivered the opening speech at the Session.

Speaking at the opening of the session, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation emphasized that the 32nd Thematic Session is the last Session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council to consider important local issues, which are also the last issues before the merger, contributing to the completion of socio-economic development tasks.

The contents reviewed, discussed and decided at this Session contribute to ensuring the necessary conditions for the work of merging the organization and apparatus to operate stably, effectively and efficiently right from the first days. At the same time, it is an important legal basis for the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee, promptly responding to urgent tasks and serving the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City in the coming time.

With a spirit of urgency, responsibility and democracy, the Session passed 15 Resolutions on the plan to adjust the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2025; amend and supplement fees and charges when implementing 2-level local government; support funding to attract university doctors and pharmacists recruited to work at district-level medical centers and commune health stations; stipulate policies to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to work in Hai Phong city after the merger; approve the zoning project for the construction of a number of industrial parks in the area...

Delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Session.

These are important decisions, both meeting urgent requirements in the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee and creating a foundation to promote socio-economic development of Hai Phong City in the coming time./.
