The program was implemented by HDBank right after the direction from the Government Standing Conference with commercial banks on February 11, aiming to contribute to promoting the development of the real estate market and creating more favorable conditions for people to access housing finance.

Accordingly, participating customers can borrow for a term of up to 50 years, a maximum principal grace period of 5 years, a loan limit of up to 50 billion VND, and an interest rate of only 4.5%/year. With a capital source of up to 30,000 billion VND, the program helps borrowers, especially young customers, reduce financial pressure, proactively balance income and have more resources for other essential needs.

Loan conditions are also very flexible: Secured assets are real estate or apartments in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and 22 type 1 cities nationwide. Customers can use the loan to buy houses nationwide. In particular, the loan can be disbursed up to 90% of the value of the secured assets, helping customers quickly own a home without many financial barriers.

With balanced capital resources and positive credit growth prospects, HDBank will implement this program throughout 2025, promptly meeting customers' loan needs in an effective and sustainable manner.

Sharing about this program, Mr. Pham Quoc Thanh - General Director of HDBank emphasized: "HDBank wishes to create the best conditions for many customers, especially young people, to own their first home, settle down and stabilize their lives. This is not only a loan package but also a commitment of HDBank to provide long-term financial solutions, contributing to the development of the community and the economy ".

On the journey of accompanying people to realize their dream of settling down, over the years, HDBank has supported tens of thousands of households to own a home and donated many charity houses across the country, contributing to spreading humane values and improving the quality of life for the community.

HDBank is also a bank that actively accompanies the Government in implementing the social housing loan program under Resolution 33/NQ-CP, bringing social security policies closer to the people. In 2024, HDBank and its member units actively contributed to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide launched by the Prime Minister.

With this long-term home loan program, HDBank continues to affirm its pioneering role in providing flexible financial solutions, accompanying customers on the journey to build a sustainable home.
