On November 23, the leader of Dong Hoa Town Police (Phu Yen Province) said that this locality had just suffered two consecutive tornadoes, causing damage to many businesses and houses.
The latest tornado occurred at 1:45 a.m. on November 23 in Hoa Hiep Nam ward, damaging many properties of companies in Hoa Hiep industrial park.
