To meet the increasingly innovative requirements of the Team's work, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu constantly improves her expertise, professionalism, and creativity in organizing activities to attract andeducate children in diverse and lively forms.
She regularly integrates moral education and life skills into Team activities, helping team members and children practice their manners, discipline and solidarity.

During her work, Ms. Thu had many initiatives recognized by the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province at the provincial level: "Methods to improve the quality of Team activities and children's movements in primary schools" and "Solutions to improve the quality of some key tasks in Team activities and children's movements at the Phan Dang Luu Primary School Union".
To make the Young Pioneers movement operate strongly, Mr. Ngo Manh Hung has many innovations when implementing activities and movements.
The movements “Circle of friends”, “Helping friends go to school – towards the future together” were implemented and achieved practical results by establishing “Study groups”, “Friends progressing together”. Charitable activities were actively implemented by the children’s groups and classes such as: “A shirt for a friend”, “A bicycle to help friends go to school”, “Raising a piggy bank”.

In the "Long-distance support" program, Mr. Hung advised the school's Board of Directors to exempt 100% of tuition fees for extra sessions each year for 5 poor students and students with difficult circumstances in grades 2, 3 and 4 until they finish grade 5.
In addition, Mr. Hung enhances creative experiential activities in educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and lifestyles for children; organizes competitions and theatrical performances for children about the harmful effects of drugs, alcohol, stimulants, and social evils to know and prevent them.
For many years, Mr. Ngo Manh Hung has been awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council for his outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the local children's movement.
The "Pink Swallow" Award is a noble award of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers to recognize, commend and reward teachers who are leaders of the Young Pioneers with outstanding achievements in the work of the Young Pioneers and the children's movement.
