Haaland wins Champions League best goal award

UEFA voted Erling Haaland's volley against his former team Dortmund as the best goal of the 2022-2023 Champions League season.

According to UEFA's announcement on June 11, Haaland's goal received the most points in the Technical Council's vote.

Haaland scored in the Man City - Dortmund match in the group stage on September 14, 2022.
