Hanoi implements 11 tasks, contributing to the Exhibition of 80 years of National Achievements

The National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) with the theme "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" will take place at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi ) from August 28 to September 5, 2025.

The event is free and open to the public, welcoming a large number of people and tourists from home and abroad.

The National Achievements Exhibition recreates the glorious historical journey of the Vietnamese people, introduces outstanding achievements, spreads pride, and attracts people and international friends to visit and experience.

Participating in the exhibition are central ministries, branches, 34 provinces and cities, along with many typical state-owned and private enterprises.

The exhibition is not only an important political and cultural event but also contributes to spreading the national spirit, arousing the aspiration to build a strong country. This is the highlight in the series of activities to celebrate National Day September 2, creating an exciting atmosphere and solidarity for all people.

Hanoi deploys 11 tasks key issue

To contribute to the overall success of the Exhibition, the Hanoi People's Committee has deployed 11 key tasks, from professional work to logistics, security, health , and culture.

These tasks not only ensure the neatness of the exhibition, but also demonstrate the responsibility and determination of the Capital in accompanying the country in this special event.

First of all, Hanoi will design and display a separate exhibition space in the "Rich Province, Strong Country" subdivision, recreating the image of a dynamic and unique capital.

Medical and food safety work is focused on with the arrangement of modern equipment, establishment of a medical working group, preparation of adequate means, supplies, essential medicines, ready to take care of the health of visitors, delegates and event service staff.

In terms of security and order, Hanoi has developed detailed plans for everything from fire prevention and fighting, search and rescue, to counter-terrorism and sabotage. The forces will work closely with the Ministry of Public Security to ensure absolute safety for the delegations and the exhibition space.

In particular, the Capital will organize a special art program, along with many cultural, artistic and entertainment activities to serve the people.

Propaganda, visual agitation and promotion in the press and media were also deployed synchronously to spread the attraction of the event.

In addition, the city carefully prepares the environment, landscape and traffic infrastructure in the National Exhibition Center area, renovates, lights, beautifies the urban landscape, and at the same time, divides traffic to create the most favorable conditions for residents and tourists.

Not stopping there, Hanoi also built promotional spaces, promoted tourism and introduced typical products, OCOP products, creating opportunities to widely promote the image and brand of the Capital.

Means of transport for visitors are also thoughtfully arranged, demonstrating the hospitality of the capital.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to be the presiding agency, responsible for coordinating and synthesizing progress. The Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Studies is responsible for the content, design and display of the Hanoi Exhibition Space.

All tasks are thoroughly implemented, closely following the Project and Organization Plan, ensuring close, synchronous and effective coordination between units so that the exhibition takes place on schedule.

Space to experience history and aspire to the future

The exhibition of National Achievements “80 years of Independence-Freedom-Happiness journey” not only introduces valuable artifacts, documents and images, but also recreates Vietnam's development achievements over the past 8 decades.

This is a place for every citizen, especially the young generation, to relive heroic historical moments, understand more deeply the sacred value of independence and freedom, as well as feel the will, aspiration and intelligence of Vietnam.

With a diverse and creative space and a series of vibrant cultural and artistic activities, the Exhibition promises to become an event for people across the country and international friends to look back on the glorious 80-year journey of the nation, while affirming the determination to rise strongly in the new era of development.

During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to visit, enjoy art performances, interact with art troupes, participate in discussions, experience the game industry and many other exciting activities.
