According to Hanoi City Statistics, domestic revenue was 405.9 trillion VND, reaching 84.2% and increasing by 40.8%; revenue from crude oil was 1.4 trillion VND, reaching 32.9% and equal to 58.4%; revenue from import and export activities was 19.7 trillion VND, reaching 72% and increasing by 36.7%.

Some major revenue sectors in domestic revenue in the past 7 months are: Revenue from the state-owned enterprise sector achieved 46.4 trillion VND, reaching 57.6% of the annual estimate and equal to 89.5% compared to the same period in 2024; revenue from foreign-invested enterprises achieved 19.9 trillion VND, reaching 65.5% and increasing by 3.3%.
The non-state enterprise sector collected VND85.5 trillion, reaching 80.8% and increasing by 38.3%; personal income tax VND37.6 trillion, reaching 75.1% and increasing by 22%; land use fee collection VND77.2 trillion, exceeding the estimate by 61% and 5 times higher than the same period; fees and charges collection VND13.5 trillion, reaching 57.4% and decreasing by 0.9%; registration fee collection VND4.7 trillion, reaching 65.3% and increasing by 20.1%.
Still in the past 7 months, local budget expenditures reached 69.6 trillion VND, reaching 41.9% of the year's estimate and increasing by 35.8% over the same period in 2024.
Of which, regular expenditure was 36.3 trillion VND, reaching 51.2% and increasing by 23.6%; development investment expenditure was 33.3 trillion VND, reaching 38.2% and increasing by 52.2%.
Also according to Hanoi City Statistics, investment capital implemented from the State budget (NSNN) managed by localities in July is estimated at VND 8,399 billion, an increase of 16.7% compared to the previous month and an increase of 29.1% compared to the same period in 2024.
In the first 7 months of 2025, the investment capital from the state budget managed by localities was 41.9 trillion VND, reaching 40.1% of the annual plan and increasing by 36.2% over the same period last year.
Of which, the city-level state budget capital is 18.6 trillion VND, reaching 37.4% and increasing by 56%; the commune-level state budget capital is 23.3 trillion VND, reaching 42.6% and increasing by 23.7%.
In July, Hanoi city continued to focus on prioritizing the acceleration of construction progress of key projects of great significance to socio -economic development and transitional projects allocated large capital sources.
Along with that, the city has implemented many synchronous solutions such as strengthening inspection, monitoring the progress and quality of projects, strictly controlling payment and settlement processes to ensure the use of capital for the right purposes and effectively.
Agencies and units are required to be more proactive in detecting and promptly resolving problems and difficulties arising during project implementation.
