BBK - On July 1, the administrative apparatus of the new Thai Nguyen province will come into operation on the basis of merging Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces according to Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly. Before this historic moment, the people of Bac Kan expressed their consensus, placed their hopes on the future, and also sent their opinions and wishes to the new administrative apparatus.

Compared to other areas in the new Thai Nguyen province, the northern region (currently Bac Kan province) has more difficult socio -economic conditions, with slow development of industry, trade and services. If we only focus on developing agriculture and forestry as before, it will be difficult to create a breakthrough for localities and increase people's income. Therefore, I suggest that the new provincial leaders pay more attention to socio-economic development for the northern region of the province, especially prioritizing the development of industrial production to create jobs, increase income and accompanying services.

In recent years, with the attention of the Party and the State, the lives of the Mong people in Trung Hoa commune (Ngan Son) have changed a lot. This helps people increasingly trust in the role and leadership of the Party and the State. However, to create a breakthrough in the socio-economic development of ethnic minorities in highland villages and communes, more support policies are needed through infrastructure and production projects from higher levels. Implement well social policies, ethnic policies, developeducation , training, employment, health care, culture... Basically solve the problems of housing, residential land, production land, electricity, domestic water, and at the same time promote job creation, increase income, and improve the lives of ethnic minorities.

Streamlining the administrative apparatus, specifically merging provincial and commune-level administrative units and not organizing the district level, is a correct and necessary policy for the overall development of the country. I personally agree and am ready to embark on a new journey with my homeland and country. However, cadres, civil servants and public employees moving to the new provincial center, far from their families, have difficulties in living, stabilizing their lives and work. Therefore, we hope to receive timely attention and support with specific policies and regimes to reduce difficulties, stabilize our lives soon, thereby quickly catching up with work, and joining hands to build our new homeland.

For any locality, transportation plays an important role in determining socio-economic development. One of the reasons why Bac Kan is still slow to develop is that the transportation infrastructure is not yet synchronized. The province is focusing on solving this problem and believes that there will be more positive changes when the new Thai Nguyen provincial apparatus comes into operation. Good transportation connections will strengthen regional and area connections, helping to exploit and promote the potential and strengths of agriculture, forestry and tourism in the North of the new Thai Nguyen province.

Another issue that I am also interested in and make recommendations to leaders at all levels is to solve the problem of job creation for university graduates./.
