After receiving feedback from readers, the Editorial Board of Dak Lak Newspaper and Radio and Television urgently directed the technical department to conduct a comprehensive inspection and review to clarify the cause and take timely measures.

Verification results show that, from the reporter's operations to editing, censorship, data entry and publishing, the content, including photo captions, are consistent, with no errors in the professional process.

At the same time, during the time of posting the reported news and articles, the Dak Lak Electronic Newspaper system did not record any signs of hacking into the server, content management software (CMS) or technical infrastructure, nor was there any change in the content of the press work after publication. The reporter's access history and posting process were completely guaranteed to be intact, with no unusual edits.

Through the review process, the Editorial Board determined that the cause did not originate from the original published content of the Newspaper. Instead, the discrepancy occurred when the reader's mobile phone or computer had a web browser (Chrome, Coc Coc...) installed with automatic translation mode using the Google Translate tool (provider Google). This tool automatically detects and translates text from English to Vietnamese, but when applied to a website originally published in Vietnamese, it resulted in incorrect translation, distorting the original content.

Therefore, in some cases, the content displayed on your device may differ from the exact content posted on the Dak Lak Electronic Newspaper website.

Please inform readers: To view the original content correctly and completely, please turn off Google's automatic translation mode when accessing the Dak Lak Electronic Newspaper website. This will help avoid confusion, ensuring an accurate and reliable newspaper reading experience.

We sincerely thank you for your interest, comments and support!
