(VTC News) - In the afternoon, a convoy of weapons and equipment moved to Ba Dinh Square to prepare for the first parade rehearsal on the evening of August 21.

On the evening of August 21, the first rehearsal for the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 took place at Ba Dinh Square. Before the rehearsal, columns of artillery, tanks, missiles... moved toward the roads near Ba Dinh Square.

At about 5:00 p.m., a convoy of tanks and armored vehicles gradually advanced toward Ba Dinh Square amid cheers from the people.
