The Dossier Center, a project initiated by Russian opposition figure Mikhail Khodorkovsky, found the addresses listed in a 434-page document titled "Special Group," posted on the Moscow City Hall website, Newsweek reported on October 2.

The list of addresses is said to include a series of top-secret government facilities, the homes of officers of Russia's military intelligence agency (GRU) and President Vladimir Putin's secret service, an ammunition depot, and more. The list also includes details about two apartments linked to Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service. Such details are considered state secrets by law, the Dossier Center said.

The document was signed by Vyacheslav Torsunov, head of the housing and community services department, and Andrey Kovalev, director of Mosenergosbyt, the company that sells electricity to subscribers in the Moscow region. It was approved by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, according to Newsweek.

The largest concentration of such facilities and buildings is located in Serebryany Bor, a large park area in northwest Moscow. It is a protected area in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district of Moscow, according to the Dossier Center.

While it is not a secret that law enforcement agencies own property in these areas, the 434-page document approved by Mayor Sobyanin specifies which buildings in the park are related to intelligence or counterintelligence, according to the Dossier Center.

Newsweek said it was unable to access the website where the document was published. There was no immediate response from the Kremlin to the report.
