However, this is also the time when students are completing paperwork and records to enroll in secondary schools, colleges and universities, so Gia Phu commune has arranged for officials and civil servants of the Public Administration Service Center to directly receive and handle administrative procedures in the field of justice and civil status for local people.

According to Nhan Dan Newspaper reporters, this morning (August 30), dozens of people came to do procedures and paperwork at Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center.

Pham Minh Duc, born in 2007, residing in Hung Thang village, said: I just got the results of being admitted to the University of Mining and Geology. According to the school's announcement, I will start studying from September 7. However, because my house is far from the school, my family plans to go to Hanoi on September 3 to find a stable place to live before completing the admission procedures. But this is also the holiday season, so at first I thought I would not be able to complete the documents in time to be able to move as planned. Therefore, when I learned that Gia Phu commune would maintain operations during some holidays, I was very happy. I prepared the necessary documents and went to the commune's Public Administration Service Center today to complete the documents.

Also taking advantage of the holiday, Ms. Hoang Ngoc Tu, residing in Xuan Tu village, came to do the procedures to reissue her birth certificate. Delighted after being guided by the Youth Union staff to complete the procedures on the online public service portal, Ms. Tu shared: “I lost my birth certificate a long time ago, but due to being busy with work, I have not been able to get it back. On the days off, the administrative agencies are closed on the weekend, so it keeps taking forever. Fortunately, during this National Day holiday, Gia Phu commune still organizes to handle administrative procedures in the field of justice and household registration on the day off, so when I learned about the information through the village's announcement, I arranged my time to come and do it right away.”

Gia Phu commune currently has an area of ​​over 10,200 hectares, a population of nearly 27,000 people of 14 ethnic groups living in 42 villages. With a geographical location adjacent to important traffic routes such as National Highway 4E, Provincial Road 151, Provincial Road 152 and Tang Loong Industrial Park. With a large population and convenient traffic, the need to handle administrative procedures of the people is very large, not only people in the commune but also neighboring communes also choose Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center to carry out procedures.

According to comrade Nguyen Huu Thanh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee and Director of Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center, right from the first days of Gia Phu Commune's operation, the commune leaders saw that the people's need to handle administrative procedures was very large, so the commune also regularly arranged for staff to work overtime to serve the people.

Especially during the National Day holiday on September 2 this year, it is expected that a large number of children in the commune and neighboring communes will complete school admission procedures; along with that, many people who work far away and return home for the holiday need to resolve some administrative procedures. Therefore, Gia Phu commune has maintained the operation of the Public Administration Service Center to resolve procedures related to the field of justice and civil status for the people on the mornings of August 30 and September 1. When people come to do procedures during this time, they will be resolved and given results on the same day, without having to wait.

The People's Committee of the commune also mobilized the Youth Union to be on duty and guide people to complete procedures on the public service portal to ensure speed and accuracy.
