The 2nd Pickleball Tournament of Dien Bien Province Clubs in 2025 is organized to widely promote the movement of physical training and sports in general, and Pickleball in particular, in the province, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, enhancing and improving the health of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and soldiers of the armed forces, contributing to the excellent completion of assigned tasks.
Thereby, promoting the Campaign "All people practice physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho", creating solidarity, cohesion, and exchanging experiences between agencies, units, and Pickleball Clubs in Dien Bien province, thereby improving the quality of grassroots sports movements and the achievements of Pickleball athletes.
Accordingly, the Tournament has the participation of athletes who are officials, civil servants, employees, workers, and members of Pickleball Clubs in the province, with good moral qualities and guaranteed health.
Athletes participated in the competition in 4 categories: Leadership category (male pairs of leaders of provincial agencies, female pairs of leaders of provincial agencies and male pairs of communes and wards); Movement category (male pairs, female pairs and mixed pairs of class A and class B); Internal category of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector (mixed pairs of Board of Directors and heads and deputy heads of departments; male pairs, mixed pairs of movements); Internal category of the Public Security sector (male pairs of Board of Directors and department leaders aged 51 and over; male pairs of Board of Directors and department leaders aged 50 and under; male pairs of movements aged 41 and over; male pairs of movements aged 18 - 40; mixed pairs of movements; female pairs of movements).
The matches will be held at LiMo Pickleball Court Complex, Na Lanh Village, Dien Bien Phu Ward. The Organizing Committee will award Cups, medals, prizes, and awards to the athletes who won First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize.
The award is also a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025); National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19) and 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Cultural Sector (August 28); welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 15th Provincial Party Congress.
