Of the total 6,061.5m2 of land, 4,921.7m2 of land is outside the red line (area A). Land use term is from February 23, 2025 to December 31, 2029. Land lease form: The State leases land and collects annual land rent for 1,139.8m2 of land within the red line (area B), land use term: from February 23, 2025 until the State has a decision to reclaim the land, up to December 31, 2029. Land lease form: The State leases land and collects annual land rent.
Hanoi Optical Joint Stock Company is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out procedures for determining land prices to calculate land rent, carry out procedures related to the Land Lease Contract, register changes in land and assets attached to land on the issued Land Use Rights Certificate according to regulations after completing financial obligations.
Contact the City Tax Department to declare and pay annual land rent, non- agricultural land use tax and other outstanding financial obligations (if any) as prescribed.
During the land use process, Hanoi Optical Joint Stock Company must strictly comply with the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, planning; ensure environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting according to the provisions of Vietnam Construction Standards; and must not change the land use purpose without permission from the City People's Committee. The change of land use purpose for investment project implementation (if any) must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law on investment, bidding, auction and other relevant laws.
