NDO - On March 1, the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations coordinated with the People's Committee of Me Linh district to organize the 2025 Friendship Spring Tour program. More than 400 delegates participated in the program, including 15 ambassadors and their spouses; nearly 200 diplomatic officers at embassies, representatives of international organizations and foreign non-governmental organizations in Vietnam; and leaders of a number of central ministries, departments, and branches and Hanoi city. The event was attended by friendship associations, tourism associations, and tourism businesses.
