Nearly 20 billion VND for the Fund for the Poor in 2024

Phu Yen provincial leaders receive money from support units.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoan, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province, said that along with mobilizing the Fund for the Poor, in the first 6 months of the year, the Fatherland Front at all levels in Phu Yen province actively implemented activities to care for poor households, coordinated with political and social organizations to widely propagate to all classes of people the policies of the Party and State on poverty reduction associated with the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", poverty reduction programs in the area, creating unity in awareness and action of the entire political system and the whole society.

In order to have more resources to care for the poor, contributing to the successful implementation of the local socio-economic development task, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province requested the Fatherland Front at all levels to actively implement activities to care for the poor, mobilize and call on agencies, units, businesses, philanthropists and people from all walks of life to actively support the Fund for the Poor to achieve high results.
