According to GadgetMatch , Final Fantasy VII fans have just received some 'hot' news when the demo of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has officially launched on PlayStation 5, allowing players to transform into both Cloud and the eternal villain Sephiroth. This announcement was made after the State of Play presentation dedicated to the most anticipated game of 2024.

The first available demo is called ' The Fall of a Hero in Nibelheim ', which offers playable sections with protagonist Cloud Strife and antagonist Sephiroth. After players complete the content, the demo will receive a new update on February 21, opening up a new section called 'Dawn of a New Era in Junon', which offers a larger open -world experience.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth 's State of Play presentation was split into two parts, including the game's official trailer, as well as a live gameplay demo presented by game director Naoki Hamaguchi.
