In particular, blockchain and digital assets are considered the focus of developing Da Nang's International Financial Center and an opportunity for Da Nang to achieve breakthrough growth in economy and investment.
On August 2, Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Ho Ky Minh and a working delegation of departments and branches of Da Nang City visited and worked with the Board of Directors of 1Matrix Company and the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association (VBA) at the headquarters of 1Matrix Company ( Hanoi ).
The working session took place in the context that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the Steering Committee for the International Financial Center in Vietnam, has just signed Decision No. 114/QD-BCDTTTC dated August 1, 2025, announcing the Action Plan for implementing the construction of the International Financial Center in Vietnam and before that, the Conclusion Notice No. 47-TB/TW dated November 15, 2024 of the Politburo .
Within the framework of the working session, Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Chairman of 1Matrix Company, Chairman of VBA shared the initial results of the Vietnam Blockchain Multi-Chain Service Network (VBSN), implemented with the Techcombank-One Mount Group-Masterise Group-Techcom Securities ecosystem according to the commitment at the 6th National Forum on Digital Technology Enterprise Development with the participation of General Secretary To Lam before.
At the meeting, Vice President Ho Ky Minh highly appreciated the initiative and efforts of 1Matrix Company and the association in developing the Vietnam Blockchain Multi-Chain Service Network (VBSN) according to the open ecosystem model, allowing domestic and foreign partners to easily connect and integrate. According to Mr. Minh, this is a solution in line with global technology trends, helping to create new momentum for economic growth.
Mr. Ho Ky Minh expressed strong support for the proposals of VBA and 1Matrix in deploying this network in Da Nang, especially practical applications such as payment and decentralized identification.
Mr. Ho Ky Minh also proposed that the association and 1Matrix Company participate in consulting and accompanying in building digital technology infrastructure for the International Financial Center in Da Nang, contributing to ensuring a modern, safe, scalable operating platform and connection with international platforms.
On this occasion, Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Chairman of 1Matrix Company and Chairman of the Association, shared specific plans to realize the cooperation contents. Accordingly, upcoming activities will focus on connecting the public-private service ecosystem, optimizing the power of blockchain technology to increase the efficiency of state management, improve business performance of enterprises and especially improve people's experience through advanced financial-digital technology services.
