This model is arranged to optimize production and business activities, manage and operate the power grid in a centralized manner, suitable for local practical conditions, while creating favorable conditions for customers to access electricity services quickly, consistently and transparently.
EVNHANOI commits to providing safe and stable electricity. At the same time, all obligations and responsibilities to customers are fully inherited by the new regional Electricity Companies, ensuring that there is no impact on the use of electricity as well as related services.
In addition, the regional Power Companies will re-sign the electricity purchase contract with customers. All information and personal data of customers are kept absolutely confidential during the entire process of conversion and re-signing the contract.
The organizational restructuring is a condition for EVNHANOI to continue promoting comprehensive digital transformation, towards a modern management model and building a smart electricity service ecosystem. With a synchronous system, the new regional Power Companies will operate on a comprehensive digital platform, connecting centralized data, improving service quality and shortening customer request processing time.
