Direct the director of the district-level Social Policy Bank transaction office to proactively grasp the local arrangement plan, report to the head of the representative board of the Social Policy Bank at the same level; at the same time, direct the development of a plan, coordinate with the People's Committee at the commune level, and socio-political organizations entrusted to organize the handover and receive the handover of social policy credit activities due to the arrangement of administrative units in the area in accordance with regulations.

Propose that the Director of the Provincial Police Department direct the commune-level police to coordinate with the People's Credit Fund to grasp the situation, have solutions to ensure security and order, and ensure the safety of property and people at the People's Credit Fund headquarters and transaction locations.

Closely coordinate with the Social Policy Bank to understand the schedule of the transaction sessions, forecast the situation, have plans to arrange forces to ensure security and order, and be ready to support and handle arising situations. For associations and unions receiving provincial-level entrustment, it is necessary to focus on directing units to coordinate with the Social Policy Bank where the loans are made to implement the contents of the entrustment contract and signed joint documents to ensure continuous policy credit activities, serving the people best.

At the same time, direct savings and loan groups to maintain regular and continuous operations; properly perform the tasks assigned by the VBSP; strictly manage the State's policy credit capital sources...

The Provincial People's Committee also requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct the People's Committees at the commune level to arrange facilities and conditions to serve the transaction activities of the Social Policy Bank at transaction points as at present to serve people when they come to make transactions.
