For the phone numbers 0967.881818, which is the hotline phone number of Binh Thuan Department of Health (old) and phone number 0962.321818, which is the hotline phone number of Dak Nong Department of Health (old), will temporarily stop operating.
The affiliated medical units shall post the hotline phone numbers according to the instructions of the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health in a visible place for people to conveniently observe and contact. At the same time, the hotline phone numbers shall be posted on the unit's information page according to regulations.
Log in to the software to manage people's feedback via the Ministry of Health hotline (1900.9095) at: https://duongdaynongbyt.moh.gov.vn. Ensure the operation (24/24 hours) of the unit's hotline number that has been connected to the Ministry of Health hotline switchboard (1900.9095). Assign leaders and staff to be on duty and monitor the unit's hotline to ensure that people's feedback calls are always received and processed promptly. Every 6 months and every year, summarize and report the unit's performance results to the Department of Health.
