Groundbreaking ceremony for $200 million instant food factory

When completed, in the first phase of operation, the factory will supply about 1.2 billion product packages/year with the operation of 9 production lines. This is the 12th factory of Acecook built in Vietnam.

Recently, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company broke ground on a project to produce instant food products with an investment scale of up to 200 million USD in the Mekong Delta region.

Accordingly, the factory is located in Vinh Long province, in the Hoa Phu Industrial Park and is built on an area of 11 hectares, including 2 items: production workshop and office. This place will produce instant products such as noodles, vermicelli, pho, rice vermicelli, hu tieu with a total scale of up to 17 production lines and is expected to attract over 3,000 local workers. In the first phase of operation, the factory will supply about 1.2 billion product packages/year with the operation of 9 production lines. This is the 12th factory of Acecook built in Vietnam.

The highlight of this project is that it is designed and built according to environmentally friendly criteria. In particular, the factory can install solar panels to provide electricity for production and daily life. The boiler that provides heat for the factory also uses environmentally friendly biomass materials.
