Accordingly, the Provincial Cultural - Art and Fair - Exhibition Center Project is invested by the Dong Thap Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project will build main blocks with a construction area of over 5,137 m², a total floor area of over 10,087 m², a scale of 1 ground floor, 3 floors.

The sub-items include: Guard house; generator house, electrical cabinet, fire-fighting pumps; gate - fence; yard, parking lot, trees; technical infrastructure system. In addition, the project has an equipment system. The total construction investment; the value of cost items in the total construction investment is nearly 150 billion VND.
Mr. Pham Van Tich, Chief Supervisor of the Provincial Cultural - Art and Fair - Exhibition Center Project, said that up to this point, for the main building, the contractor has constructed up to the 3rd floor beams; the frame will be completed by the end of August 2025.

In particular, the sub-items such as the guard house, wastewater treatment, fences and fire prevention and fighting system have reached over 80%. The contractor is focusing on speeding up the progress of the main building.
According to the signed contract, the project will be completed in December 2025. However, to celebrate the Provincial Party Congress, the investor and contractors are striving to complete and put the project into use by the end of September 2025. To achieve this goal, the contractor has focused on mobilizing human and material resources to work in "3 shifts, 4 shifts".

Mr. Vo Dang Khoa, Deputy Director of Tan Hoan Thien Construction - Trade - Service Company Limited, said that recently, the unit has increased the number of workers, machinery and equipment to organize construction "throughout holidays", working overtime at night. Up to this point, the project progress has been achieved compared to the signed contract.
However, under the direction of the provincial leaders, the contractor is trying to speed up the construction progress to shorten the schedule. In the coming time, regarding the source of raw materials, the contractor has worked with suppliers to grasp the company's construction plan to proactively gather and prepare. Machinery and equipment at the construction site have been fully mobilized to serve the construction work.
