At the conference, delegates listened to a report on the results of implementing the grassroots democracy regulations in the first 6 months of 2025 by the Coast Guard Region 3 Command. Based on the report and practical work, many opinions were expressed regarding discipline training, improving training quality, combat readiness, consolidating barracks, ensuring logistics and policies for soldiers.

Representatives of the functional agencies of the Vietnam Coast Guard Command and leaders and commanders of units discussed and satisfactorily answered many issues; accepted opinions and proposed solutions to improve the quality of performing tasks in the coming time.

Concluding the conference, Major General Tran Van Xuan praised the positive results that the Coast Guard Region 3 Command has achieved in recent times, especially in implementing the grassroots democracy regulations. Many previous shortcomings and limitations have been seriously overcome by the unit, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and high solidarity and unity within the collective.
