Innovation in vocational training for rural workers

Pursuant to Directive No. 37-CT/TW dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat on innovation in vocational training for rural workers to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas; on September 9, 2024, Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, signed and issued Plan No. 338-KH/TU to implement the above contents.

The plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee requires the implementation of Directive No. 37-CT/TW to be serious, practical, effective, and synchronous from the province to the grassroots level; regular inspection, supervision, periodic review, summary, and reporting of implementation results according to regulations.

To effectively implement the set goals and requirements, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees, Party executive committees, Party delegations and district, city and affiliated Party committees to lead, direct, disseminate and effectively implement the 5 groups of tasks and solutions set out. In particular, the focus is on comprehensive innovation, improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational training for rural workers; updating occupations, standardizing training content, and assessing the quality of training programs; strengthening education on professional ethics, knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene, law, business, startups, soft skills and innovation for rural workers. Strengthening the application of science, technology, digital transformation in all stages of the training process; Research and innovate the content of college and intermediate level training programs in an open and flexible direction, suitable for the socio -economic development of the province, meeting the needs of the labor market and learners, contributing to building a comprehensively developed Vietnamese peasant class, with the will and aspiration to build a prosperous and happy homeland, with educational qualifications, innovative capacity and advanced production organization...
