Suspension of university training activities at Ha Hoa Tien University

(PLVN) - The Ministry of Education and Training decided to suspend training activities at all levels of university education at Ha Hoa Tien University for 12 months due to violations of regulations.

The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Decision No. 1612/QD-BGDDT on suspending training activities at all levels of university education for Ha Hoa Tien University.

The reason for the suspension is that Ha Hoa Tien University violated the provisions of Point b and Point d, Clause 1, Article 101 of Decree No. 125/2024/ND-CP dated October 5, 2024 of the Government regulating conditions for investment and operation in the field of education .

The suspension period is 12 months from the effective date of this Decision (June 17, 2025).

The Ministry of Education and Training requests that, during the suspension period, Ha Hoa Tien University is responsible for urgently completing the conditions to be allowed to operate training activities according to current laws, and periodically every 3 months from the effective date of this Decision, report to the Ministry of Education and Training on the implementation results.

At the same time, the school must have measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of students, teachers, administrators and staff of the school.

Ha Hoa Tien University is a legal university with its own seal and account; operating under the Regulations on Organization and Operation of Private Universities. The school is located in Ha Nam province.
