Digital Treasures Center is ready to support Da Nang in building a capital management mechanism and developing Blockchain

DNO - Within the framework of the Finance and Technology Week, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang had a meeting with Mr. Band Zhao, CEO of Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd on the afternoon of August 29. Here, the leading Singaporean financial technology company expressed its willingness to join Da Nang in training high-quality human resources, consulting on capital management mechanisms, as well as supporting the development of the Blockchain ecosystem - a field in which the city is aiming to become a regional center.

At the reception, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang highly appreciated the presence of Mr. Band Zhao and his colleagues within the framework of the Finance and Technology Week event.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee said that Da Nang city is implementing many specific mechanisms and policies to develop the socio -economy, notably the Free Trade Zone and the International Financial Center.

The city's leaders hope that Mr. Band Zhao and Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd can contribute consulting opinions to Da Nang in areas such as training high-quality human resources, proposing appropriate policies, and advising on capital management mechanisms, which are among the city's current challenges.

In addition, the City Party Secretary also asked Mr. Band Zhao to pay attention to and research investment in the high-end tourism sector through the development of 5-6 star hotel and resort brands in locations suitable for the city's planning.

Mr. Band Zhao expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome of the leaders of Da Nang city and said that this was the second time he had the opportunity to work with the city leaders.

He shared that Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd was established in 2019 in Singapore - a digital payment service provider licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Major Payment Institution.

This is one of the world's leading digital technology companies, licensed to operate in the cryptocurrency sector in many countries, and is cooperating with many governments to develop and operate cryptocurrency transactions legally and safely.

Regarding the proposals from the city leaders, Mr. Band Zhao expressed his willingness to cooperate, especially in training high-tech human resources, including Blockchain technology, and said that the company now has its own training institute, ready to deploy training courses suitable to the needs of Da Nang.

With international experience in licensing, policy consulting and digital financial transaction operations, Mr. Band Zhao affirmed that he will share practical experience to support Da Nang in the process of building appropriate mechanisms for innovation activities.

At the same time, expressed the desire to work and cooperate closely with local partners, thereby building Da Nang into one of the leading destinations for Blockchain technology in the region.

“I believe that the minutes signed at the Vietnam Blockchain Festival 2025 this morning (August 29) will be the first, fundamental step in forming a Blockchain ecosystem in Vietnam, of which Da Nang will be an important center,” Mr. Band Zhao emphasized.

Mr. Band Zhao also said that he is currently in the process of researching and studying the Da Nang market, is ready to expand cooperation with new potential partners and will continue to research and propose specific projects to implement in Vietnam in general and Da Nang in particular.
