There is no regulation on the difference in admission scores between groups; additional conditions used in admission are specifically stated in the admission principles according to each method.

Conditions and methods of calculating admission scores for each method

The school announces detailed admission requirements for each admission method, specifically:

Admission conditions for method 2: candidates graduating from high school in 2025, 2024.

For candidates graduating in 2024: Candidates must have an average GPA of 6.5 or higher in semester 2, grade 11 and semester 1, semester 2, grade 12;

For candidates graduating in 2025: The study results of semester 2, grade 11 and semester 1, semester 2, grade 12 must be good or higher.

How to calculate admission scores: Admission scores are converted scores according to the subject combination of 3 semesters plus converted scores according to other criteria (if any) and total converted priority scores (if any). Priority scores for subjects and regions are converted on a 150-point scale.

Converted score according to subject combination of 3 semesters = Converted score (average score according to combination of semester 2 grade 11) + Converted score (average score according to combination of semester 1 grade 12) + Converted score (average score according to combination of semester 2 grade 12).

Conversion score according to other criteria = Conversion score of international English certificate + Conversion score of excellent student selection exam + Conversion score of specialized/gifted school.

Admission conditions for method 3: Candidates graduating in 2024 or earlier: Candidates have an average score of semester 2, grade 11 and semester 1, semester 2, grade 12 of 6.5 or higher;

The results of the exams during the year will only be considered for admission in the year of admission and within the prescribed time for receiving university admission applications using this method.

All subjects in the admission group must be taken at exactly one exam school.

Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City only accepts V-SAT test results from units that have signed an agreement to organize, recognize and share the results of the V-SAT computer-based university entrance exam with the school.

Admission conditions for method 4: The school will announce the threshold score to ensure input quality for each admission major after the 2025 high school graduation exam results are available.
